SECURE & INSURED GLOBAL SHIPPING
We ship exclusively via premium carriers specializing in high-value goods (such as Ferrari Group, DHL Express, and FedEx).
Every shipment is fully insured for its total value and requires an adult signature upon delivery. For your security, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
DUTIES & TAXES INCLUDED
The price you see is the final price. We ship under a Delivered Duty Paid model, meaning all customs duties and import taxes are already included and covered by us.
You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery, regardless of your destination.
DELIVERY TIME
We prepare your order with care within 1-2 working days based on resizing needed or not. To ensure safety and privacy (perfect for gifts), all jewelry is shipped in anonymous outer packaging with no external indication of the contents or high value.

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return your item, then 14 more days to send it back.
To Qualify for a Full Refund:
Security Tag must remain intact (if removed, return is NOT accepted)
Product must be unworn and undamaged
Original packaging, boxes, and all documentation included
