Italian law strictly dictates that 18k gold must be composed of 75% pure gold — there are no exceptions. Every piece we carry features the official 750 hallmark stamped directly into the metal by the manufacturer to certify this purity.

Additionally, your purchase includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity detailing the metal quality, weight, and origin. This is the standard of Ponte Vecchio, and we hold every piece to it.

ARE YOUR DIAMONDS NATURAL OR LAB-GROWN?

We use only 100% natural, ethically sourced earth-mined diamonds and precious gemstones. We select stones with exceptional clarity and color grades to ensure they match the uncompromising quality of the 18k Florentine gold they are set in.

CAN I ENGRAVE MY JEWELRY?

Yes, we offer custom hand-engraving by our master artisans. Adding a meaningful date, initials or a short message is the perfect way to transform a beautiful piece of jewelry into a deeply personal heirloom.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

3) Orders, Shipping & Returns

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once your jewelry leaves our Florentine workshop, we utilize premium express couriers.

International delivery to the US typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Best of all, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning we cover all shipping, insurance, and import taxes, so your package arrives quickly with no surprise customs bills.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY JEWELRY?

We want you to be completely in love with your investment.

We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with all original tags, certificates, and packaging. Because we ship internationally on a DDP basis, a deduction of up to 15% may apply to your refund to cover the non-recoverable import duties and taxes that were prepaid on your behalf. Fully bespoke and custom-engraved items are final sale.
